Murrumbidgee Investment services is a leading real estate in the Leeton and Narrandera area. We are the only agency in the Riverina who wholly focuses on property management.

With over 50 years combined experience in the community, Murrumbidgee Investment Services has become widely recognised for our quality systems and high quality management service standards to our clients and customers.

Owner Rachal Broadbent has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has always had a vision of owning her own rent roll. After overseeing the rent roll through Glenn Preston Real Estate for over 8 years Rachal decided to pursue her dream and purchased the rent roll from Glenn Preston Real Estate in 2019.

From this Rachal has expanded her services from Leeton to Narrandera, (servicing both areas), growing the rent roll to a manageable size for her team. Being a local herself Rachal is involved with plenty of community and industry events supporting these events by sponsorship and time given.

Murrumbidgee Investment Services work along side Glenn Preston Real Estate to offer that one stop real estate service. The only difference is the two owners wholly focus and give 100% attention to the area in which they specialise.

Unlike other Real Estate agents Murrumbidgee Investment Services do not have portfolios, we control our rental properties by a job based system, allowing each staff member to control one or two areas involved in property management, this allows our staff to work on a capacity that is less demanding and more productive, which we believe delivers consistent and high quality management service standards to our clients and customers.
